Sure, I have reserves of food and water for over a month. Do I want to spend a month holed up? Nope.
It was wonderful sitting inside reading and enjoying my coffee. Ran up to Costco (the roads were wet but clear) and did some grocery shopping. Done and back home for now - making some hot and sour soup for dinner but I will be adding some white beans to it - see how that goes. I had them soaking for a white chili but keep pushing that menu to the back of the queue.
Got the Shitake mushrooms soaking - surf for a bit. Meeting at 6:30 PM
