Wised up and rented a storage unit a few blocks from the property so I can clear it out without having to spend two hours round trip driving it to my Island storage unit. I'll keep it for one month and this will take a huge load off.

Picked up some food at the local coop - dinner for me. Got a board meeting in 45 minutes so time to hustle and get set up - trying out a new microphone (getting a lot of feedback with my old setup).
