New York Democrats Hold Outdoor Presser Calling for Charges Against Governor Cuomo
New York Assembly member Ron Kim, a Democrat, and Jessica Ramos, a Democrat, held a rally at City Hall on Wednesday. Kim was joined by fellow elected officials, advocates, and the family members of seniors, to announce a key list of demands from the Cuomo administration. The victims want justice!
These asshats would not recognize justice if it punched them in the mouth.
Step one was the denunciation - we have already had that.
Step two is the formal charges. We are here right now.
Step three is the show trial.
Step four is the execution. We do not do that any more officially (see: Arkancide) Instead, Andrew will become a pariah. He will be revilled in the narrative. He will be excised from the recorded party history and he will become a non-person.

Simple really. Cuomo was getting too close to the reigns of power. The people in power now see that he could claw his way to the top and take their power (and prestige and status and money) away from them so little Andy needs to go away and be rendered into a non-entity. Castrated. Funny too as just under a year ago, he was being touted as a potential Presidential candidate.
This is why you never see any American leftist actually up and move to a Socialist workers paradise. The pyramid of power there is already occupied and the struggle for power in these nations is ongoing, bloodthirsty and dynamic. Some poor schlub from the US would never be able to get a toe-hold. Even with the best of credentials. Socialism is never about what is best for "the people" - instead, it is about naked lust for power and money. Always has been, always will be. Read your history.
