Home again - no Thai

Odd - used to eat out a lot but have not for a couple of months. No desire to make any changes, just my body and brain developing different habits. Also, it has been about six months since I last drank any alcohol. Again, no concious effort at change, just a shift in my daily habits.

Picked up a chicken breast at the store and making a salad for dinner - feel like having some green things.
