Been a very quiet couple of days - nothing really catches my eye.
The rain has let up and the skies are slightly broken - I can see a bit of the Olympic Mountains from here. Turning fairly cold - 43°F and falling. Got the heat running but feeling chilly. Some nice days in the forecast. Taking tomorrow off - another day of rest. Doing some more graphic design for the business - logo for the checks, more on the website, etc... Developing a coherent look-and-feel to the business identity. Fun stuff - I love typography.
Going for a bit of an Arts and Crafts feel: Eric Gill, Charles Rennie Mackintosh, William Morris as well as American Craftsman: Greene & Greene, Frank Lloyd Wright and Gustav Stickley to name a few of my favorite influences. Can't wait for the shop to be built...
