Nice good sleep - stiff as a board

Feeling better than I was expecting but still stiff and achy.  A good day for aspirin and plenty of fluids. Pick up some Brawndo (The Thirst Mutilator) at the store when I am out today.  Good stuff - It's got Electrolytes (more here, watch the movie here).

Bite to eat, quick surf, take the dogs out for a run, the Blessed Sacrament of Coffee, return something to Amazon and unload the van and that is my day.
