From the Naval Air Base. Usually, they have their civilian tracking beacons running (ADS-B or variant) but tonight? They have their cloaking devices turned on. Not a pip on the screen.
Ahhhh - zoomed back and found one about 200 miles away over the Olympic Penninsula:

The icons are color-coded for altitude and this one is black. Not a valid code for any altitude. The information is coming in through computational MLAT so not a direct beacon. This is not the aircraft I am hearing though - those puppies are right overhead and maintaining radio silence. An interesting hobby - a lot of fun for $40 worth of parts and an older Raspberry Pi.
