Jen Psaki 'out of the office' as Biden remains silent on Taliban takeover of Afghanistan
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki is taking a break from her duties at the same time as controversy surrounds the silence of President Joe Biden, who is on vacation while the Taliban quickly seizes control of Afghanistan.
Fox News sent questions to Psaki's White House email address Sunday morning and received an auto-reply. Hours later, on Sunday evening, Fox News attempted once again to reach the White House spokeswoman. The same auto-reply, stating that the voice of the White House would not be available for the next week, was sent.
Also of interest is the photo circulating with Biden by himself at Camp David. The clocks are wrong:
Moscow, Russia is UTC+3. London, England is by default UTC. After all, UTC is the "modern" term for Greenwich Mean Time. There is, therefore, a three hour difference between the two cities.
HOWEVER...
The United Kingdom runs on Daylight Savings Time from March 28th through October 31st. During these times, London, England is UTC+1 and there is a two-hour difference between the two cities. At the time this photo was taken, the London clock should have read 17:29
At one time, Moscow did use DST but they stopped and the last year it was observed was 2010.
Either this is a photo from March 28th or earlier or else, the clocks are wrong.
