THE ORIGINAL POST: A nation horrified by its first surrender in its nearly 250-year history was further humiliated when Biden refused to go to Dover Air Force Base to pay his respects to the 11 Marines, a Navy corpsman, and an Army staff sergeant, who arrived by casket.
That is not how American presidents do things.
