The Atlantic Council (website here) is yet another organization devoted to centralized government - a collectivist (Communist) organization in the same mold as the World Economic Forum.
There is a HUGE fscking difference between correcting a genetic disease and applying a genetic "patch" to the worlds population. These two are not the same and yet, Bourla is trying to conflate them in our mind. The first is a scalpel used as needed, the second is a shotgun which can not be undone.
