UPDATE:
The store uses Comcast. When I tried to log in last Tuesday, I was presented with this screen:
Odd - I run security checks regularly and zero problems. I checked with several online DNS blacklist and whitelist websites and my domain came up clean and green for all of the above. I also tried several different browsers. Of course, my employee who handles such things is off during the first of the week and Comcast would not speak to me - the business owner - as my name was not on the account.
I could not even look at the site - it gave me the same error. Curious...
