Off the streets - good news

Local bust - 75,000 fentanyl pills.  Precursors are brought from China into Mexico, manufactured and run up into the USA through our open borders.  Why are Chuck and Nancy keeping the borders open? Money?  Only reason I can think of.

From the United States Department of Justice — Western District of Washington:

Three arrested in connection with ten kilos of fentanyl pills trafficked in Whatcom County
Two men were arrested in Bellingham, Washington, and a third was arrested in North Carolina, in connection with distribution of more than 75,000 fentanyl pills, announced U.S. Attorney Nick Brown. Guillermo Vieyra Salas, 22, and Jaime Alonso Hernandez-Hernandez, 41, appeared in U.S. District Court in Seattle yesterday. A third defendant, identified as Manuel Lugo, was arrested in Wilmington, North Carolina and will appear in U.S. District Court there on Monday October 24, 2022.

The North Carolina connection is curious - moving there soon.  Wilmington is in the east part of the state.  Very long and narrow (500 miles E/W and 150 miles N/S). Eastern part is very blue and crime ridden.
