Breaking a bit early - working at the farm getting ready for my departure to North Carolina.
Looking forward to the move - WA State just instituted a 7% capital gains tax on selling securities. Not real estate but that will not be long in coming. There is no state income tax but our sales tax is about 9%. The government is nickel and diming its citizens to death. Meanwhile, they are building small houses for the professional homeless for $800K each. We need to reopen the asylums. Worked then, it will work now. Mutter mutter mutter grumble...
