Coffee, mail, do some grocery shopping, hang out and read for a little bit and then decide if I want to drive to Eastern Washington to watch the lightning.
Puget Sound Electric has a bunch of customers (270+) without power near Bremerton - across the sound from Seattle. Oregon is less than 50, Vancouver, BC has about 800 customers out. Power here is fine - not even a bump (fingers crossed). The website Lightning Maps has a look at what is happening now - two snapshots:
Raining pretty hard here - forecast is for an inch. Dark skies and socked in - visibility is about 4 miles.
