Chinese was delicious. Picked up some bolts from the local Fastenal for a project in the music room and did some shopping at the coop. Been thinking about corned beef and cabage so picked up a nice small cabbage at the coop. Got some yellow spuds too - make some colcannon. An Irish comfort food two-fer. Pull some tri-tip out of the freezer and get it marinating tomorrow. Sous-vide of course.
