How many cases of COVID are there out there?

According to Google?  Here's the thing:  Go to Google.com, type in a random three digit number followed by [space]new[space]cases.  ie: "nnn new cases" and see what comes up. Here are nine of my Google queries - such an unbiased source:

Hmmmmm... Does this look a little bit outside the bounds of statistical normalcy? A little hinky if you ask me.
You try some numbers and let me know.

I love that every one of the searches turned up over 1,000,000 results with some of them turning up numbers in the billions.
