The food coop had some nice russet spuds so doing a couple baked potatoes. I'll have one for dinner tonight and save the others for later - keep them in the fridge and then a couple minutes with Chef Mike and they will be (almost) perfect. A lot better than nuking them from the start - much better mouthfeel.
Quiet news day out there - uneventful day at the thrift store. Looking to take Sunday and Monday off. Up to the farm on Tuesday afternoon.
Weather is threatening rain - had some very light sprinkles but nothing substantive. Nice to have it a bit cooler though. Work on the yard tomorrow if it stays this way.
