Unreal - Oklahoma station still pushing Ivermectin story

A Doctor wrote that an Oklahoma Hospital Emergency Room was so backed up with Ivermectin overdoses that it was unable to give care to gunshot victims. Needless to say, this fits the progressive narrative so it was carried by the mainstream media. Fast forward to today and the hospital in question - their website:

Message from the administration of Northeastern Health System - Sequoyah:
Although Dr. Jason McElyea is not an employee of NHS Sequoyah, he is affiliated with a medical staffing group that provides coverage for our emergency room.

With that said, Dr. McElyea has not worked at our Sallisaw location in over 2 months.

NHS Sequoyah has not treated any patients due to complications related to taking ivermectin. This includes not treating any patients for ivermectin overdose.

All patients who have visited our emergency room have received medical attention as appropriate. Our hospital has not had to turn away any patients seeking emergency care.

We want to reassure our community that our staff is working hard to provide quality healthcare to all patients. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this issue and as always, we value our community’s support.

What is unreal is that the station who put the story out there is still running with it.
Check out this from KFOR - Oklahoma's News:

Patients overdosing on ivermectin backing up rural Oklahoma hospitals, ambulances
A rural Oklahoma doctor said patients who are taking the horse de-wormer medication, ivermectin, to fight COVID-19 are causing emergency room and ambulance back ups.

“There’s a reason you have to have a doctor to get a prescription for this stuff, because it can be dangerous,” said Dr. Jason McElyea.

Dr. McElyea said patients are packing his eastern and southeastern Oklahoma hospitals after taking ivermectin doses meant for a full-sized horse, because they believed false claims the horse de-wormer could fight COVID-19.

“The ERs are so backed up that gunshot victims were having hard times getting to facilities where they can get definitive care and be treated,” he said.

In a just world, Doctor Jason McElyea would become plain old Jason.  Have his license to practice stripped from him. This is malpractice of the worst order. Fabricating a story based on a party agenda and not based on the truth. Here is a screen-cap as they will probably try to memory-hole it when they realize how badly they have been played:

I love this tweet from Rolling Stone showing the purported gunshot victims lining up in 90°F weather - all bundled up
